The short-term rental rates are $300/night, $1,500/week or $4,000/month.  

*There is a onetime $75 cleaning fee for all rentals.

The lease rates are $3,500/month (2 month min.) or $39,000/year.

Rental and lease rates include all utilities and satellite TV service.  All units are fully furnished including all linens and kitchenware.  The rate does not include internet service.

There are two units for sale at a sales price of $279,000.

Each unit is comprised of two levels.  The upper level is a 1,500 square foot 3-bedroom 2-bath living area.  The living area is constructed of high end finishes including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and cypress cabinets and doors.  The lower level is a gated boat cleaning and storage area.  This level contains hot and cold water, a center drain and lighting.  The gated area can accommodate up to a 40-foot vessel or multiple smaller vessels.
